Buyers and sellers, let’s talk about this week, the buyers in the world of real estate in this area. I know you have some information that might be really helpful to some people out there right now.

Yes, gosh, it is a buyer’s market right now. So that just means for all the buyers out there, it is a really, really great to purchase. Um, and the reason for that is that buyers currently have the upper hand. We have a lot of sellers out there that have been sitting for a little while. Um, and they’re getting a little bit frustrated and some of them have, have reasons and deadlines where they need to move. Um, And so those people are more willing to kind of bend over backwards to get their home sold. And so, you know, if we find one like that, that you are willing to purchase, then we can really work with that seller to make that happen for you. But currently, I can tell you, I’m helping my buyers to take advantage of the market right now. And that’s through their offers, using really strong negotiation tactics around price and concessions, inspection items, and even inclusion. So It’s a great time to make a purchase. And for those buyers out there that are worried about rates, those will change. Oh, sure. We even had a slight dip recently. So it’s just you have to be ready to go. You have to be pre-qualified. Pre-underwritten, if possible, and I can discuss that with people if they need to, but be ready. It’s a great time.
